Been n Mexico a few days and returned home last night to this. C'mon USA.
Needed some beef & vino. Calandros cut me 2 small prime ribeyes for $27. Saw some taters, gouda cheese, & cream and thought - why not? Wife is an asparagusaholik.

It was a joke. Conecuh is ok. Kinda of greasy but I rendered out most of the fat before I added it to the gumbo
