Wife made some chicken breasts from a Pinterest recipe. I sliced up my breast and put it on a bed of romaine amd onions, then topped it with Caesar dressing and a few croutons to camouflage the Pinterest.

First seafood gumbo of the fall. Experimented this time by substituting half my seafood stock with dashi.....Thumbs up on that.

Made a kind of shrimp creamed spinach dish that was so good.

Chunked is ham. Diced is just tomatoes.
