Reuben sandwich at Hillman Brewery near Biltmore Village in Asheville. A pint of their Kölsch and a pint of their Saison beer.

Mine too. I have always been able to make a mean roast w rice and gravy. MS roast is sooo much easier and not quite as good but still dang good. I put smoked sausage in it and then I thicken up the gravy with corn starch.

I was in your neck of the woods a few weeks ago. Have you ever eaten at Tupelo Honey Cafe downtown, or is that just for tourists?

MD, looks like you'll have lots of reward this winter for all the hard work this summer.

Portion (2 servings) into pint sized Ziplock freezer bags - cover with broth - remove air, seal and freeze them. Thaw and cook. Enjoy.

Roast over rice and gravy is one of this meals I could eat several times a week.

I loves me some succotash. I can mix a can of corn and a can of baby butter beans, heat them up in the microwave, sprinkle with Tony's, and be in heaven.
