We had Italian seasoned fried boneless pork chops with mac and cheese. Turned out pretty darn good.

My friend's wife fixed chicken and sausage gumbo. She's from Kentucky, but did a fabulous job. She even sent a care package home with me.

I have a question about gumbo...

Do you suppose add filé while cooking or use it as a condiment?

4lsu2 is gassed this evening. A quick 11am swim with the kids just got me home. We ordered 8 pizzas earlier for the kids, but they left nothing but the cardboard boxes for the adults. I don't know whether to shite or go blind right now, much less determine what's for supper.
