Grilling some corn, zucchini, regular and soy dogs... made some guacamole. Putting chili and vegan cheese on the dog... maybe some sauerkraut. There's also bacon wrapped green beans I won't be partaking in.

Weber Kettle was active. Chicken wings, leftover ribs, corn on the cob, Cajun pork sausage. On the table was head cheese from Best Stop, smoked tomato and shrimp dip. Was in and out of the pool. Life was good today.

Cheese buns:
1/2 cup grated mozz
1/4 cup grated parm
1 egg
Mix well and spoon two mounds onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Recipe says to bake for 20 minutes at 400, but I take them out at fifteen minutes.

ETA: OK, I've got an avatar, sig pic will have to wait, but at least I deleted the photobucket address.
I've got an imgur account, but photobucket won't give me my sig pic. When I click it, I get the stupid pic about photobucket needing to be upgraded. In my photobucket library, I can see it as a thumbnail, but not when I click it. They stole it from me!
