I put two racks of baby backs on the BGE at 4:30. These baby racks brined since 1am and will be my first ones to eat from the BGE and brined.

Jalapeño and cheese sausage will be the horse divers. Corn casserole and baked beans will compliment the ribs.

Seminole tears for dessert.
