I didn't measure, but here's the method.
Dip the zucchini in seasoned beaten egg/water mixture and then dredge in seasoned Parmesan cheese/almond flour mixture to coat. (I've also dredged in crushed pork rinds, which is also good.)
Bake at 425 for fifteen minutes.
