I thought you'd never ask.

We had Isabella's pizza carry out. I had the BBQ chicken and garlic knots on my pie. The better half got pepperoni and olives for her, Junior, and my 32# miniature dachshund. The 4 month old boy graduated to Gerber baby foods this week. He had a pack of carrots a hour ago.

Get the grilled ham and cheese geauxt. It's the regular grilled cheese but they'll throw some breakfast ham on it if you ask. If they try to play dumb ask for Bianca.

Sonic's Tatertots are always special. Be sure to order the large size.

Diet Cherry Lime Aid is pretty strong too.

Really simple, actually.

1lb (or whatever) leftover tails
1 can of rotel (drained)
1/2 diced jalapeño
1/2 diced yellow onion
1/2 can of cream style corn
2 rounded cups of shredded cheese
1 box jiffy cornbread
Pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper to taste, liberally

Make the jiffy to the box (1/3 cup milk, 1 egg)
Add everything to it

Just note box of jiffy calls for 15-20 min at 400, but I run 375 for 35-40 minutes. Adding everything to it really ups the cook time.

Also works in muffin a pan for individual pieces, like for a Super Bowl party.

I've even made homemade cornbread different ways 3-4 different times and it's more work and never even close to as good as jiffy, so I stick with it.

I had a ham and Swiss sandwich and a can of V8. Felt pretty satisfied until I saw that cornbread
