Made some zucchini noodles topped with ground turkey and pasta sauce. Simple, but quick!

Split a couple Trader Joe's indian dishes with the wife, Lamb vindaloo and chicken tiki Marsala. Pretty darn good.

Got a bad doc report a while back and been shootin for Paleo for most meals.... been tough.

Andouille and smoked gouda stuffed and grilled chicken breast for me(ham and Swiss stuffed for the wife and daughter), cheesy hash brown casserole, mustard greens and homemade sweet wheat rolls.

I always wonder why you post pics without saying what the dinner is? I can never tell what it is. Why not tell is what your pics are?

I agree, I'm always like WTF is that !! In a weeks worth of posts I can sometimes figure out 1 or 2 items(and may be wrong then). The chicken on the grill is pretty easy. I would probably like and eat everything she posts but it sure does look different than any food I have ever seen.
