Primitivo: ceviche, duck wings confit, beef culotte, mustard greens.

It was all delicious. Glad I convinced my husband to drive the mile to OCH Blvd.

So, per serving it may not be "too" bad.

You're right. I bought some fig and walnut balsamic that wasn't low carb, but I justified it by telling myself I'd use it sparingly. I dropped and broke the bottle the second time I was going to use it, so it was used VERY sparingly.

Being from Metairie but now living in Houston, I've never had a Frostop po boy but appreciate the recommendation. I appreciated it so much that I went and bought a chuck roast and threw it in the oven so I can have it tomorrow as a Sunday carb cheat for us. I had to convince my wife and myself that we'd eat the leftovers with spaghetti squash during the week as not to destroy our limited, not low, carb diet. Will seek out some bahn mi bread in the morning, frick you people, you suck but in a good way...

Leftovers, Chopped-style.

1 container of pasta primavera from Maggiano's
1 Small bottle of red wine
1 pound of Italian sausage
1/2 stick of butter

Sauteed in a large skillet. Turned out pretty well.

Olive oil has 120 calories per tablespoon. I know she's keto, but calories ultimately matter so I'd have to agree that's a cheat day.
