Was going to grill a pork loin but it's raining like a cow pissing on a flat rock. I think I'm going to instapot it somehow. Hope all in the state find a decent meal on this Friday evening.

Otis, if you're ever around Bruin/ St.Joe get some tamales from Walkers tamale stand. Little bitty red and white building in St.Joe. Doesn't keep real regular hours but when the light is on on the front he's open for biness. Best I've ever had. Id like to have your take on em

Reheated some vacuum sealed pulled pork from last Butt smoke. Made samiches with cole slaw, sauce and brioche buns. Picked 4 eggplant, the little japanese ones, fried them up like chips to go with.
