I know I'm late to the party with this keto friendly fathead pizza, but I'm excited with how easy it was. Learning curve, though. A little over baked, maybe.

Now that I know how easy the crust is, I need to work on the seasoning and spicing for the entire thing. Might do a thread with the other pics.

I don't know if these folks don't like the Molcajete bowl, El Aztecca, or the Mecca.

Either way, I did the yard work this evening and will grill a burger in a bit. Beers are good right now though.

Love the molcajeta bowl from El Azeteca in winter. So hot n spicy .
Headed to Big Easy tomorrow for 2 days and nights of Arseinclass league gorging on fine food, drink and music.If you and KingRanch and your brides aren't elsewhere and have any interest in lunch Monday Josey's mom and I would be glad to see and treat all of you to lunch anywhere NOLA to Madisonville.

Bride, Junior, and FIL are in Shreveport until Sunday or Mondsy. I'm actually working Monday, but will e at my office in Mandeville. We have extended off days for Mardi Gras and work Memorial Day. I can meet anywhere for lunch Monday, just keep in touch and let me know. I'd love to see y'all.
