Commander's. Bunch of good stuff.
Knocked back a dozen raw with a glass of Cab at Luke to get the party started.

Been snacking on meat and cheese all afternoon. Making some bison burgers and baked potatoes for dinner

Stuffed bell peppers. Not sure of sides. Maybe nothing.

I bought some beautiful, sweet blackberries from Costco. Either going to have some blackberries and cream, or just plain, out of hand.

Gonna walk the one block to Main Street from our new apartment and celebrate a successful move. I'm thinking baby back ribs from Beachwood BBQ. Maybe they'll have Pliny on tap.

Decided to use some of the blackberries in a salad with walnuts, bacon, red onion and cheese, with a fig and walnut balsamic. Tastes better than it looks. Will make again.

Braised a whole speckle belly tonight. Better than roast rice and gravy.
Browned him up, braised him, picked him, reduced the gravy and added him back. White rice. Vino. Damn fine meal.
