Chimes Covington with the FIL for our son's 3rd birthday. Chimes has become a ritual on his birthday for us. We ate there the night before he was born, which was Fat Tudsday of 2013 being that it was almost the only place open in town. We have been back each year for his birthday for some reason. Tonight was enjoyable. Food and service were excellent. Olivia was our waitress, but she was one of numerous smoke shows there this evening.
