Shrimp and chicken fajitas, chicken quesodillias, beef tacos, grilled chicken tacos, refried beans, Mexican rice, and guacamole salad with chips and salsa from the local Mexican joint. We will need a siesta after we eat all this.

Bacon cheese burgers on the flat top. I used to only grill/smoke my burgers but since my stove has a flat top I decided to try it out on there a while back. I may never grill a burger again.

And toasted the buns in the grease left from the bacon and the 80/20s

No completed pics because I was too busy smashing it down

I like the idea of toasting the bread in a little bacon grease. I wish you'd never suggested it, though, because it will now happen and I bet it happens frequently.

Fried chicken.

Boneless leg of lamb sandwich on Whole Foods country bread toasted with butter lettuce, an heirloom tomato they had -which I'm sure is from Mexico but I have no fall tomatos and a rosemary garlic homemade mayonnaise. Salt and pepper and water.

Cooked perfectly medium just past medium rare which is how I prefer leg of lamb- 150 degrees and let rest ten minutes. Couple of spoonfuls of pan juice over the top.

Man it is good.

your welcome. Make sure you give it a little press and wipe around in the middle of the bun or just the outer edges get the bacon juice.

Walgreens gave me the wrong meds because the hot arse pharmacist doesn't know the difference between blood pressure meds and my Valium. Been sweating all day and irritable. No appetite.

Rag looks like you have a downvotes stalker like me.

And anyone likes a quick leg of lamb, I bought that one at SAMs and it was $3.79 lb, 3.5 pound New Zealand. The frenched racks were cheap too for a change. I prefer a bone in but these work great and since I'm the only one that's eats lamb it is perfect. Cooked at 425 degrees for hour and 15 minutes and it was perfect.

And I noticed on the label is says the odor after opening will go away almost immediately. I'm guessing since they are strong smelling some people would think they are bad. They are correct, the smell disappears within a few seconds.

Just an FYI.
