That will probably be my lunch tomorrow.
Tonight will be meatloaf, purple hull peas, and something with the leftover potatoes from last night's shrimp boil.
Otis, you posted a roasted chicken recipe a few months back when my kitchen was out of commission. Can I get some help finding it?

Looks awesome, Coater! I have a roast in the fridge that I think I'll do tomorrow.
Not sure about dinner. Maybe homemade chicken noodle soup from last night. I can feel and taste that heavy sickness feeling/taste, so I guess my yearly strep/bronchitis is heading this way.

Chicken and andouille gumbo.
LL, melt a bag of Hall's honey lemon cough drops in some lemonade. Melt them and add honey to the mix. No specific measurements, but it did a lot of good for me when I had a bad bronchial infection a few years ago. The fumes will clear your sinuses. Feels good on the throat and helps arrest the cough and break up the crud. Add some bourbon or rum for a hot toddy which will really arrest that cough.

I sliced some breast from a chicken I smoked yesterday, added a couple pieces of Black Forest ham, topped that with some Chick-Fil-A honey BBQ sauce, and buttered a hamburger bun for a sandwich served with Chee-tos and sweet tea.

About to make a run to whole foods and get a mixed box for dinner. My dog fell out of my truck earlier and is pretty beat up. Gonna get him a big bone to chew on

Ex wife gave me a container of homemade minestrone soup when I picked the kid up. So that's what we'll have for dinner.

I'd let littlest Billy eat it first.
