Beef stew with pearl onions, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms, cooked in red wine. The house smells good.

It is all I can get around here without paying too much in shipping. A local deer processor said he would stuff some into casings if I brought him the stuff ready to go. I need get on that.

Extra Large Pho(I can make three more bowls) Sliced Rare Beef, Brisket, Flank, Tendon, Tripe, & Pork Meatball with Shiratki Noodles substituted for regular ones.......Basil, sliced jalapeno's, culantro & bean sprouts. I added some spicy sesame oil, some sambal olek, a shot of Sriracha and a dash of sweet soy......Awesome
