Need some ideas. Was wanting to throw a steak on the grill, but may be rained out tonight. Could always resort to cast iron and oven method though

Strictly grilling/smoking the next few days as our kitchen undergoes a bit of a renovation.
Tonight is a grilled strip for the better half., a grilled bone-in ribeye for me, grilled asparagus and grilled potatoes.

MMmmm boiling them in shite water?
Bring seasoned water to boil, set aside. Fill another pot with plain water, bring to a boil, add crawfish, let the water come back up , then cut it. Pull the crawfish up and spray with hose to rinse foam off. Remove basket and set into seasoned water that is on the side. Let soak for thirty minutes minimum.
Then go dump out the plain water you boiled with. It is brown and muddy and disgusting.

Look up Tyler's Ultimate S & G for a nice alternative base recipe.
