I've never cooked cobia, but maybe a pan roast with lemon butter caper sauce. Grilled?

Isn't it a firm fish?

I know you probably won't do this tonight, but this recipe is delicious. The crab relish is a scrumptious addition.

I have two huge filets. Crab traps are baited and I'm goin to run them Friday.

I really love that dish. It's fun to make and the benefits reaped are right impressive and tasty. I normally don't like having crabmeat with fish, but this is one of my exceptions.

I'm boiling a leftover smoked chicken carcass for some Ramen noodles. And sandwich made from some a chicken salad that would make Gris Gris throw rocks at Calvin's mother.
