Made the mistake of buying some supermarket tomatoes the other day. Holy disgusting. I'll wait until the summer.

Gin...Rough week...lots of gin, diet tonic and a splash of ginger beer and maybe a drop of lavender bitters.

Possibly pizza for this house. Possibly breakfast for supper.

I read my post after posting and it made me hungry. I haven't drank anything but water since last Sunday so I am having a couple/few drinks first. I am really looking forward to the BLT.

You're much better at leftovers than I am. Loved the pork roast and gravy I made, but 3 times was almost too many.

I'll eat it until it's gone. I freeze things basically never. A rice and gravy, a pot of gumbo, whatever. Heck, a gumbo lasts me about 5 days and I love it every time.

I should have frozen some of mine, but I gave it away today. It was from a farm slaughtered pig and so fresh tasting. I have another one in the freezer, though.

I just get tired of eating the same thing over and over again with few exceptions. I'll eat leftover gumbo more often than anything.

That's good to know, Otis. Makes me look forward to at least one aspect of looking old.
