Inspired by Otis2 from a recent post. Salmon patties, rice with tomato gravy. Cucumber and tomato salad.

Been a while on the salmon patties- you put a craving on me.

I had a sauce on salmon patties before that was (I think) mayo, sour cream, lemon zest and juice, and Tobasco sauce. Sound about right?

smoked meatloaf. been on smoker for three hours now. that with mashed taters and black eye peas. curious how it turns out.

Going to throw down on this. Made the sauce. Mayo, sour cream, lime zest and juice, dill and sriracha.
