Going to the bro in laws. He's boiling 3 sacks. I've coming with a big pot of chicken and sausage gumbo.

Grin out in North Mecca. I'm roasting 5 beef tenderloins for it now. Womenz are cooking the other stuff.

"Northern" fried chicken, using the Bromberg Bros (of Blue Ribbon in NYC) recipe. Also making roasted cauliflower with capers, calabrian chilies, and ras al hanout. Drinking 2010 Felsina Chianti Rancia Riserva and it's fantastic.

Ha. That's the base seasoning for the Moroccan meatball dish I did this week. Wickedly good seasoning.

On somewhat of a diet. Wife not home... So I skipped the previously desired risotto and eatin meat n purple hull peas. Gonna start a thread... This may b one of the best things eva come out dis kitchen. Will do again soon

Couple more baked redfish filets. Gouda topped French bread garlic crostinis. Sauteed asparagus. The gal made a key lime pie. Beers.
