I've got a backstrap marinating in red wine and garlic. It will be seared on the grill. We also have a few heads of cabbage to grill. I'm seriously considering stuffing one with butter, crawfish tails, and crab boil.

I am officially jealous of Otis, Coater, 4LSU2, and Balls.

Wife was makin crawfish soup, but a neighbor wants us to bowl w them and kidos. Sounds like pizza a bowlin alley

Shrimp made with this herb-tomato type of mixture. I've made it before and it is just as good cold like a shrimp salad as it is hot. Will have it hot tonight, cold tomorrow.
