Baked potato thanks to that other thread. I have some leftover drip beef I might use, but I'm craving traditional.

Boo.

My SO's family is Lebanese and I've had lettuce wraps both ways (with ground beef and with Turkey) and the turkey ones are way better. They're healthier, have a smoother texture, and are much less dry tasting. Seriously, don't knock the ground turkey in ethnic dishes.

I have been eating like absolute crap. Hopefully will do better this week.

Tonight I'll spend a couple hours simmering a marinara sauce and serve it over vegetti zucchini noodles.

I'm having these tonight too. I just toss mine in some EVOO and herbs/spices on the skillet. Serving them as a side to some grilled chicken.

I made some noodles out of broccoli slaw the other night with marinara and some meatless meatballs. It was delicious! Still haven't gotten the device for the zucchini noodles, but going to order it soon when I stop procrastinating.

As do I.

It was 6:30AM and I decided I wanted a raft for the pool. I couldn't think of anywhere else.

The new WalMart by my house hasn't had the chance to get ratchet yet
