Reb13 posted about his NYC adventure last week, and a photo looked so good to me that I Googled the recipe and actually found it. I made this dish Thursday night, and it came out wonderful. I only used half of the ingredients so I'm making it again tonight.

Scarpetta's spaghetti from NYC. It's made with fresh romas and a few canned San Marzanos, fresh basil, garlic infused olive oil, etc.

Also I used handmade pasta from Fresina's.

I'll post my own photo :)

I can't wait to see your new Hipster plates.

Burgers on the BGE and homemade shoestring fries using my Vegetti. This thing is legit.

I was gonna have a roast beef poboy with extra gravy from Pastime but I guess that's not an option.

Probably just grab a sandwich or something fast in Mobile when I stop for a beer run.
