Chicken Fajitas. I have the chicken and onions and peppers marinating now. (Onions and peppers separate from chicken)

Making a small chicken salad mixture for sandwiches with the large chicken breast that I didn't use.

I made dumplings with pork and garlic chives, ginger, scallion, special sauce an egg white and some corn starch

Dipping sauce was oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil, grated ginger, scallion and garlic chive
