That salad sounds wonderful!

I'm having (non-bland) leftovers. Fresh green beans with pancetta, ground turkey (and other stuff) stuffed pepper:

PS - Sometimes I hate photobucket. Edits don't show up or some other effing screw-up. Like now. Just work, dammit!

Wink, I have an extra stuffed pepper. I'm afraid I'm eating all of the greenbeans, but there is leftover fresh asparagus with parmesan in the fridge to go with the pepper!

They were serving it at the Creole Tomato Fest last weekend with remoulade. I'm addicted.

My photobucket does that too! I edit a photo on my phone and save it, but when I upload, it's the original version of the photo.

Anyway, your pepper looks fantastic. I'm starving.

Just got back from Moms birthday dinner at Dempseys but I didn't eat for obvious reasons.. And because it was at 5pm.

I brought an adorable cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes that tasted fantastic. I snagged a bite before wrapping up a piece to take home.

Jones and I aren't sure where we are going for dinner. I'm very hungry though.

It was really easy.

They cut up a tomato in 8th's. Dumbed lump crabmeat on it, drizzled remoulade all over it with salt and white/black pepper.

I added the shrimp to up the anti. It's so good with this heat to have something cold, and filling.

No offense, but that boy looks at least twelve, so that crawdad, and many in that bushel, look to be on steroids.
