It's close, slightly different cooking process. You don't want the chicken losing its texture, which often happens when stewing. Also, you get additional flavor by cooking in the rendered fat. The potato puree when mixed with the mushroom and chicken jous is insane.

Special K. Target sells these "large" boxes. It's basically the typical Special K bar on steroids. It's bigger than a typical candy bar. It'll last me until my 5am wake up call. Ill have eggs in the morning.

Leftover pot roast with veggies, rice, green beans, & rolls. It always tastes better the second day, to me.

Not me. Had tomato basil soup and grilled cheese sandwiches with my dad. Was supposed to have a date and she cancelled. Glad because I had to leave my son's soccer game at half time and i would have to cancel on her. My stomach was KILLING me.
