Yep, the bacon I just had at WH was crispy as hell and sucked. The omelet was eggcelent though.

Kentucky fan agreeing with this pic is just assumed.
Grilled THICK sliced bacon is fine eats. Got to offset the fire and have a drip pan to avoid having to call the fire dept though. Or use a BGE or similar if you have one. Cracked black pepper, and a little brown sugar sprinked on it. Great appetizer.
