Used the afternoon to make a homemade marinara, then used it over my panko chicken parm.

she had some nachos that were topped with cheese, beans, steak, and sour cream

we were both impressed with the quality

We had Emeril's BBQ shrimp over jalapeno monterey jack grits. Just awesome, but kind of a pain in the arse to cook.
