First of al, I realized today I have a reputation to maintain here.
Lunch today - sorry that I took a bite before taking a photo. I couldn't wait and patience is a virtue I evidently lack.
There, my reputation remains secure.
Dinner tonight is Lady peas, tuna croquets, fresh slices tomatoes, freshly bottled water from Kroger's.
Edited to add - I lied to you guys. My croquets were horrible and I switched to fish sticks. Otherwise the same.

Boneless ribs wrapped with bacon. Seasoned with Carolina rub and the sauce is Carolina gold by cattlemans. It was a solid 8/10 but next time I will leave off the bacon. The mac and cheese was especially good tonight :)

Some pulled pork nachos. The better half made some homemade baked tortilla chips this evening. They're real healthy. Kinda of pliable and chewy though. About like a Redwing.
