Bisque of curried pumpkin, crawfish and corn. Kicked up a notch with some extra spice

Nice choice, FT.

I'm going the curry route too. I've got eggplant and throwing in some sweet potatoes in my dopiaza curry mix.

Not sure WFDT yet. RB poboy or breakfast for supper, probably.

Crispy diced andouille is a good garnish for pumpkin, sweet potato, butternut squash soups assuming the flavor goes with the soup.

Went to Cormier's for lunch. Got some Rabbideaux's sausage. It states on the package to boil it. Is that how you cook it?
