What a pretentious asshats there. Over priced drinks made by a bartender that acts like he is better than everyone.

So, one can't state their opinion without getting lambasted on here?

Yeah, what's with that response?
I'm guessing there is a back story to this

I had the exact the opposite experience there. I thought the owner and bartenders were very nice, friendly, and not pretentious at all. We really enjoyed the place.

Lambasted is a word that is chronically underused.

Oh geez drama queen If saying wow with a bird emote is lambasting, I'd hate to see what you call the way other people interact on here.

And anyway. Some type of reason or review would help. Their cocktails are no pricier than any other nicer cocktail bar. And their only male bartender that I know of is a friend who is very nice and has worked at bars all over the city. Far from pretentious. I actually laugh to imagine him pretentious.

Disagree. Great cocktails and service every time I've been there.

Blend has really awesome small plates, apparently.

Also try Olive or Twist.

Also. I saw yesterday that they were turning half of Bin 77 into a new small plates restaurant.

Lock & Key added small plates a few months back. They're all pretty good.
The owners are close friends. I've always thought they had a good crew of bartenders there.

Good to know, it's not listed anywhere on their website. Looking for a simple "drinks & apps" after work, first/second date type of place

Thanks timbo and a tip'o'the cap to LL, thanks for the ideas as well

I'm sure there was an a-hole at the bar last night. I just think he was on the side opposite the liquor shelf.
