If you are ever in Alamogordo, NM, this is a must!!! Diner style food with Mexican flare.
I had "Burn the Town", which was hashbrown with chopped ham, bacon, onions, jalapeños, (plus other stuff) served with two scrambled eggs on top, and covered with a very spicy green chile.
It was amazing!!!

Love your enthusiasm, but looking at the pics of the food...looks very meh. I can see a lot of Sysco product. Not that it's a bad thing for an average greasy spoon...but you making an entire post about it...
