UPS fricked up my boudin order

Ordered 20lbs of regular boudin and 5lbs smoked from NuNu's last weekend. Payed for 2 day shipping and it took 3 days to get to me. They had pre frozen it and packed it with dry ice but it was all thawed out when I got it. I ended up giving boudin to everyone I know. NuNu's will probably see a rise in their orders from North Alabama. 
Supposed to find out Monday what UPS is going to do to make it right. I damn sure was not going to re freeze it after it had thawed.
On a side note this was the first time I had tried the smoked boudin and I have to say next time I will probably order half smoked and half regular.

They probably won't do anything. I say this because no matter what you pay for shipping wise, there is fine print that they are not liable if it isn't delivered in that time frame.

Unless it was I longer cold, I would have refrozen it.
