some type of "backyard grill" style hamburger...I'm talking a half pound or so of meat with some seasoning and a good smoky flavor...

they could grill them all before hand and just heat them at game time...might even be able to have some cheddar cheese and pre-grilled onions available...

We cook all food (except jambalaya) to order at our trailer and tents. The burgers will be Opie Burgers, half lb of sirloin, ribeye, and filet ground, then cooked fresh. Cheese is a must, and I'll certainly check into the onions for you.

Can we get rid of the pretzels? What about getting rid of the multi-flavor popcorn powder dispenser things? does anyone ever actually eat those?

funnel cakes were done by people who were not working for tiger concessions and there really is no way to make a lot of that stuff because there is not a grill like they have at baseball and basketball

Opie's is the only company doing funnel cakes period for LSU games, we've got that on lock. I just don't understand how you compared that to burgers?

+1 On the french fries with possible cheese and or chili. Wings would be good but I think it would be to messy to eat those with your hands during the game.

and about the funnel cakes i did not know those guys just know they were not with us at the baseball games and i was talking about the difference in working a baseball game and a football game since none of the football stands were set up like the diamond grill so therefore you could not grill the burgers and there were no fryers for fries or chicken tenders

Opie,

thats wrong, LSU does not set the prices, they set their percentage they take from you. So if you want to charge $10 for a burger it is on you, LSU just gets their cut. Don't try to make yourself look good in front of the Ranters and blame the University.
