Things you expected to buy at Costco but they don't carry

Coffee filters. Googling indicates it wasn't just my imagination. Costco has a whole fricking aisle of coffee but nary a filter in the whole damn store.
Plain old Heinz ketchup. They have organic Heinz in two-packs and picnic packs with mustard and relish. Nope. Nope. Nope. Where's my damn 3-pack I bought at Sam's?
Zatarain's Blackened Chicken Alfredo, 32 oz. Another Sam's item noticeably lacking.
Naproxen, AKA generic Aleve. I didn't see it my first two trips there because it was a couple aisles down and on the opposite end of its aisle than all the other painkillers. Seriously?
Toothbrush heads for my Sonicare. You'd expect to find them with the dental supplies in the health care section, right? Nope. Nope. Nope. They're on the other side of the store near the electronics.
There's a lot about CostCo I like, but some aspects make no sense to me. Hopefully it will all be corrected.

I have bought coffee filters from Costco plenty of times and if you go to their website you can order them.....
They rotate products out a lot.

So out of the 5 items you listed that "Costco doesn't carry", Costco actually carries 2 of them? I just want to make sure I'm on the same page...

Well, 2 plus the other one (coffee filters) they carry that he hasn't found yet (or his store was out of)

what gets me the most is that they rotate stuff in and out.
Three times I have gone in for an item just to see they don't carry that item anymore.
I did just get a Pergola from them and may go back and get that car cover they have in the store.

If anyone can tell me where to find the coffee filters, I'd be happy to reconsider their status. If not, maybe their absence is one of the things that can be corrected, as I hoped in my first post, but then again, as I also said, googling reveals lots of discussion on this and comments that they stopped carrying them.
To the several very astute posters, who by dint of their astuteness will no doubt recognize themselves without being named or even quoted, thank you for carefully reading past the first three missing items until you hit the last two that I determined on subsequent visits were just misplaced. Your comments demonstrate you were paying attention and understood what you read, at least in a very literal sense.
To everyone else, in case you don't know, there is a station across from Customer Service as you leave the store where there is pencil, paper, and a dropbox for comments. Not carrying common things is bad, but hiding things like Easter eggs is ridiculous. I ain't got time for that when I'm paying a membership fee even more costly than I've been paying at Sam's.

I remember being surprised Costco didnt carry baby food. Was 4 years ago, so it's possible that's changed.
