The Mind of a Chef--entertaining

I've started watching "The Mind of a Chef" on Netflix. It features David Chang and is narrated by Bourdain and I find it very entertaining. Give it a try. It's worth at least a look.

He founded the Momofuku restaurant group and has many restaurants that have been successful. In the series, though, you see him try many different things. He just plays with food and lets things happen how they will. It's the experimentation that I like.
