I have not been to this place, but I have heard nothing but great reviews from friends and on social media. Have any of you been there? It is located somewhere on Magnolia Beach Road.

I've been there quite a few times.... Place is a hidden gem for sure. Everything I've had there has been really good

It is great! Everything is home made. He also makes damn good hog head cheese. I recommend the Dirty D sandwich.

Went last weekend and it was awesome. Their hogshead cheese sandwich was incredible -- the best hogshead cheese I've had in this area, better than Jerry Lee's. Also had a turkey sandwich w/ muscadine jelly (Hulenzz) that was really good, and tried my friend's pork belly sandwich (Kelly Belly) and it was great too. My friend's wife had a peanut butter w/ "bananas foster" jelly sandwich (Kyle Pyle) and raved about it. My buddy said he usually gets the Mack Daddy (Shrimp Sautéed in a Bacon Jalapeno Butter sauce on a bed of Grilled shaved Rib Eye served as a po'boy with Pepper Jack cheese, Jalapeno Aioli, shredded lettuce and Pickles) and it's the best sandwich he's ever had.

Been there several times and really enjoy it. Everything I've tried has been very good. Definitely give it a try

Yes, we found out as I was pulling out of the driveway. We went to Burgersmith at Juban Crossing instead.

Ouch. Had a bad experience at burger smith a few days ago. Waited two hours for food. 45 min for a beer. They comped the meal

Two hours??? You, sir, are extremely patient.
It was good tonight, but the service was slow.

There's no way I would have waited 45 min for a beer. I'd be up and gone at the 15 min mark. Curious, why did you stay?

Not before being rude to the help though

I had lunch there today and it was very good. I will definitely be back to try the other dozen or so things on the menu that looked good.

Wife talked me in to staying there and not making a scene. They were very apologetic and the waitress was very new. She had never served before so we gave her a pass. I will say, staying calm was out of character for me

We went tonight. My daughter and I both had a bacon cheeseburger. I swear we were in heaven! One of the best burgers we have had in a long time. My wife had a bbq pulled pork sandwich on sourdough bread (with slaw). She really liked it.
Their pickles...something about them...dipped in crack???
