If I am conserving weight and space, I think I would opt to leave the measuring spoon at home.

Measuring spoons aren't heavy or large. At least, mine aren't. I can see this strange thing collapsing if I haven't held it correctly. I think it's bizarre.

It's nice that it opens flat after you've measured the substance out to scrape it into the container.

My wife's in design and loves this kind of garbage so I just tried to order, but not available until at least March 2017. WTF?
