The seminars have always been immensely entertaining. I know they have changed it in the past, but I would go to a couple of seminars and be able to do tasting throughout the week.

The seminars usually have something of interest (the role of air travel in cocktails, charleston drinking, Hemingway's Paris, etc...) and they serve 3 or 4 drinks during the seminar.

Always liked the dinners as well.

Tales is such a well done event.

What's the seating like for the seminars?

Do you just stand around? Folding chairs?

You're seated at long tables facing the panel. The CAPs bring you a few drinks during the seminar.

For those looking to get in on the experience, but not shell out $150+ to qualify for the tasting room wristbands, the Cocktail Cabaret show on Saturday night at The Orpheum should be pretty entertaining.
