regarding the pre-packaged fajitas - if you ever see the pork, buy every freaking package. They are 10x better than the beef and chicken.

I actually do not go to HEB much (West U location) because the parking lot is a nightmare and the layout is not that great. I can get in and out of Kroger across the street in the time it takes me to find a parking spot and not get run over walking from that spot to the front door at HEB.

I would get one of each type and try them before buying every package of one type. We have done the boneless chicken thighs, breast meat, beef and pork at the same time for a large group in Louisiana and to test each one. I now buy the beef or chicken thighs, my preference which was corroborated by five or six others. All are edible and very good just my preference.

You can order online and they will ship it. Not delivery but ship it.

Have never even seen the raw ones. I usually go on Saturday morning and walk through the bakery past the tortilla station. I have been fortunate and able to pick up a package the lady just put on the counter. Don't even stop, just cruise on by and grab a package. The ones that don't get eaten go in the fridge and get microwaved later.

May have to look for the raw ones next time. How long do you have to cook them?

I've only been to the one on the north side of San Antonio. It has the largest and best quality grocery store beer aisle I've seen.

Look by the cheese cooler. As close to homemade as you'll find

Once you get the pan hot it takes about 60 seconds
