It's gonna be hot, it's gonna be humid. What is something that's gonna be easy to cook, and not too heavy on the stomach for the long hot day?

I like to be a gatherer once in awhile. Get some rocket shrimp, a sushi roll platter from Whole Foods (for $40 bucks it's a deal)' the apricot cream cheese and the rosemary muffalata platter from Unique Cuisine, gallon of gumbo from Uncle O's, gallon of bloody Mary's from The Patio Lounge, a dish from Don Begerons etc...you get the picture.

Well that's just a starter kit. You are allowed to customize as you see fit.

The forty dollar rolls at Whole Foods is my current favorite deal. I have been bringing it to all the potlucks lately.

We're just all bringing stuff to throw on the grill this week. I'm bringing ranch burgers and bacon wrapped chicken kabobs.
