Could've used shredded cheddar for the gold mixed in with the cilantro.

Wouldn't be authentic tacos that way. But I like it. You could use purple cabbage to get the purple green and gold covered.

That's from El Bazar Mexicano #2 in Shreveport. They're giving that to someone who likes them on Facebook.

They also have taco hearts for Valentines Day.

I ate there yesterday. Had the sopes and tacos. Damned good food, and nice staff.
