Hello Sushi opening booths in Tiger Stadium
Hello Sushi will be bringing a new kind of Tiger bait to the LSU campus. The restaurant will have three booths in Tiger Stadium this fall, offering rolls and edamame to football fans. Angela Finch, one of the owners of Hello Sushi, says the chain has been looking to get involved with LSU for more than five years. "LSU Sports approached us about doing some advertising and we wanted to know if it was possible to set up booths in the stadium," Finch says. The booths will have the same Anime look as Hello Sushi's two Baton Rouge restaurants, thanks to DDK Design. "The booths will look like Hello Sushi, they'll be easy to spot," says manager Ashley Clarkson. The booths will offer a super cali roll and a spicy crawfish roll; items that were selected since they can hold up better in the heat. Hello Sushi is paying a fee to LSU for the booths and giving the school a cut of sales. Finch says she's looking at the Tiger Stadium locations as less of a moneymaker and more of a way of exposing Hello Sushi to 92,000 people. "This will also test our ability to mass market and offer larger catering," she says. Hello Sushi is just one of several restaurants that will have a presence in Tiger Stadium starting Saturday night: Great American Cookie Company, Honey Baked Ham, Chick-fil-A, Triple B's Cajun Cuisine, Repicci's Italian Ice, Hershey's Ice Cream and the LSU Dairy Store will all have booths in the stadium.—Timothy Boone

Worst part will be those who have to try all the new food vendors + cheap liquor + jumping up and down in the stands.
Bring your rain gear.

i like the idea, but I hate the 2 roll choices

The first time I had sushi at a ballgame was at an Expos game in Montreal. There was no booth for it, but rather there were Japanese women dressed up as geisha girls who walked around and sold it, just like beer vendors do.
Suprisingly, it was quite good for ballpark food.

Well since Hello Sushi already sucks and is rarely ever fresh this will just mean the sushi has a chance to be just as bad as the real thing..

This is what I was thinking...

fortunately i do not think any game this year is a day game (optimistic outlook i know).
I have a feeling the price will be outrageous, and ull be wishing you ordered the sausage poboy instead when your still hungry and twelve dollars broker.
regardless, are options are a LSU football game ever a bad thing really? I don't really fault any sides (Hello Sushi or Tiger stadium) for making this arrangement happen. However if people start getting legitimately ill, obviously my tune would change
