I live in Central Highlands behind Mathernes. The only issue I foresee is with live music and whether it would be outside or inside and at what times. Other than that, I am all for Superior moving in. My wife and I used to live in the Villas on acadian and we frequented superior once a week to drink margaritas.

I'm excited! I live just down highland, shop at Mathernes, and workout at Max right there. This is the kinda of thing I've been hoping would take that space over. Definitely welcome close to the house.
