Boiled crawfish?

Wings are a standard, kabobs are easy to make and usually are a hit.

Here's a thread with some things other folks are making.

Also, check the TD recipe book in the sticky at the top of the page for some ideas.

At Christmas, I made some crawfish cardinale and loaded it in mini phyllo dough cups. Really good. May make those again.

For other games, I've done Ina's ham and gruyere in puff pastry which is so easy and very good. Cut into squares for serving. You can sub the ham with salami if you wish.
