Garlic-hoisin wings...Costco sells big packages of wings. Cut the wings into segments if you want. Line two half-sheet pans w/foil, put wire baking racks on top (2 standard wire cooling racks will cover a half-sheet pan). Spray racks w/nonstick spray. Lay wings on the racks; sprinkle w/salt & black pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes (use convection fan if you have it).

Meanwhile, mix 1 cup of hoisin sauce w/2 (or more) cloves of minced garlic. Add 2-3 T low sodium soy, bring to a gentle boil on stovetop. Once wings are cooked, toss w/this sauce & garnish with chopped thai basil and/or cilantro.

You can cook MANY wings simultaneously this way, and have 2 backup pans ready to put in when the first two come out.

Buffalo Chicken dip

Pretty simple too

Not sure of an exact recipe but all I do is boil some chicken, shred it, combine with cream cheese, franks hot sauce, butter, moz cheese, salt and pepper and bake it.
