I loved the dudes brisket when he was food truckin it.
I live near the restaurant, but its been too busy for me to deal with, today is their first day with regular hours.

Ate there when it was a food truck a couple times and it was always really good. Once the crowds die down I'll go check it out

Went for lunch today, it was pretty good. Their lunch menu doesn't offer everything the dinner menu has though.

Ok, so I have been twice since my original post.
I would say that my food was better the first go round than the second.
1st time: 2 meat combo ribs and brisket with smoked corn on the cob and baked beans. Both the ribs and brisket were good, had a nice smoke flavor to them and were moist. The ribs were a little to fall off the bone for me but that's really not a major deal for me. the smoked corn on the cob was crazy good so overall I'd say a 7.5 out of 10!
2nd time: 2 meat combo brisket and sausage with smoked corn on the cob and green beans. Mostly a fail! My food was cold, cant eat cold BBQ!! The brisket was simply some of the worst I've had anywhere! It was sliced with the grain and very dry on top of being cold. The sausage was good but also cold. 3 out of 10
But I'm gonna give them a pass on the second visit, because I think the are still just getting their feet wet and the food was very good my first visit! So Ill be back for a third go round!!
