Sorry if Germans- need good leftover turkey + sausage gumbo recipe

Going to try it for the first time. Would prefer to use bottled roux. Any suggestions?

I use this Gumbo sub turkey for chicken. Lose the butter and flour and use Karys Dry Roux if that's what you want. Solid gumbo everytime.
